In the Show..

Judith is excited about feeling closer to the dream and the Summer Solstice, and Nicola talks about Father’s Day, modern families and unexpectedly celebrating her wedding anniversary on the longest day – with her ex!

  • What’s Fuelled Their Fire?

Judith observes the enthusiasm that self-employed newbies have about the journey they are about to embark upon and also the determination of slightly more advanced business owners, over the first flush and now digging in for victory. Nicola is happy to have increasing numbers of word-of-mouth referrals in her own business this month.

  • Client Challenge of the Week

Trusting others to do your work as well as you do. Learning how to delegate and train your team, even if that’s only one person initially. Teaching them how to please you and not expecting them to read your mind. Getting comfortable with life being different when others do the work in your business. Letting go of control and learning to trust those you have trained. Giving up perfectionism, being happy with good enough and appreciating the ease and acceleration. It’s harder and slower by yourself and why the discomfort of the new is a very good sign.

  • Words of the Week

Vision and Unstuck

  • N&J Project Updates

Judith’s secret new project goes live on 14th July and Nicola has achieved double her target this month, four clients instead of two with another week still to go.

  • Who or What’s Impressed?

Nicola chooses her son, Nelson, and his whirlwind odd-jobbing in the world of oven cleaning. And Judith is amazed to be bigging up BT (British Telecom).
