In the Show..

Nicola’s sister, Heather, has asked her to be executor of her will and that’s been unsettling for Nicola. And Judith rants about the dismal final 12 in this year’s X-Factor.

  • What’s Fuelled Their Fire?

As always, for Judith, it is clients – new and “old”. Nicola is thrilled to have alighted upon a business where clients want what she’s got to offer, something which she describes as “product market fit”.

  • Client Challenge of the Week

Your website’s not ready to be seen and that’s holding you up in reaching out for new business. How quickly can you get something together which is good enough for now?  (Featured Image by the highly recommended by Nicola, Studiopress Themes)

  • Words of the Week

Nicola chooses Change (nobody likes it) and Judith’s favourite word this week is Squidger.

  • J&N Project Updates

Judith’s looking for 2-4 business partners in her affiliate marketing opportunities, people who are drivers, mavens, leaders and influencers who are not afraid to sell to their fans and followers and inspire and help those to make money too. Money isn’t a barrier to entry but you do need time and energy. Nicola is putting on an event at Gatwick on 27th November for Facebook and Instagram ads and will extend the first early bird discount until Midnight 8th November for podcast listeners.

  • Who or What’s Impressed?

Nicola is impressed by Chris Evans’ latest book Call the Midlife and also by Headline Analyzer which helps you get your headlines right for newsletters, sales letters, blogs and emails you want readers to open. Judith’s attention was caught by the way in which a new client took the time to familiarise herself with the Small Business Big magic coaching/mentoring group she’s joined for a year and what that says about the new client and how she values and follows through on her own investment.
