N&J share their observations, tips and strategies for recognising when you are stuck in your thinking, feelings and in business challenges and talk about how they’ve solved problems…
In The Show
Nicola’s been busting techie tolerations, wrangling with inappropriate postings to her Stoupa Facebook groups, dining out with Dave and recording the last four Write Club podcasts before their summer break.
Judith moved house to spend a month in Middlesex, in the house of the lady she met via Nicola’s Stoupa group. The house is lovely, with a beautiful white bedroom, lots of lovely books, a TV remote which is small and easy to understand (a first!) and a garden Judith is caring for by watering whilst enjoying all of nature’s miracles that water encourages.
What’s Fuelled Their Fire?
Nicola disposed of her last suitcase full of her best ever business books and in so doing met a new Brighton-based client. And Judith is gratified at the response to last week’s podcast and to being described by a listener as “an awesome bundle of wisdom and fun”!
Focus Of The Week
N&J share their observations, tips and strategies for recognising when you are stuck in your thinking, feelings and in business challenges and talk about how they’ve solved problems, help clients to do that and what makes all the difference, leading to creative solutions and workarounds. What problems need solving and what don’t? Is it urgent, is it serious and who could help?
Words Of The Week
Nicola chooses Moment and Judith picks Commercial.
Judith is doing some alternative thinking around her property portfolio and whether or not she needs to sell any or all of her BTL flats, and Nicola has edited all of the audios of her Money Gym book in preparation for getting it on Audible.
Who Or What’s Impressed
Nicola is impressed with Piers Morgan’s interview of Michael Parkinson, and Judith with the M&S food ads in the commercial breaks on Britain’s Got Talent.
